Delete your Woblio online profile

Woblio is published by Helios Prints. Online competitions are optional. You can play locally without an online profile.

Delete in the app

Open Woblio, choose Competitions → Delete online profile → Delete. This removes your nickname, online scores, competition points, memberships, game records and competitions you own from the active database. Other players' unrelated profiles stay intact. Your local coins, collection and personal records remain on your phone.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@heliosprints.nl with the subject “Woblio account deletion”. Include your profile ID if available (Competitions → Copy profile ID), your nickname and a competition name. Never send your device access token or passwords. We will verify that the profile belongs to you before deleting it and respond within one month. Woblio has no email login; a nickname alone is insufficient proof of ownership.

What remains

Support correspondence is retained as described in the privacy policy. Hosting security logs and backups follow the hosting provider's retention settings; restore procedures must reapply completed deletions. Data handled independently by Google is subject to Google's own privacy controls. To remove local progress, clear Woblio's app data or uninstall the app, taking device backups into account.
